DIY: Pastel Pink/Neon Pink Hair ( How to make this with SloppyUnicorn )

Hellllllooooooo! Yeah, me having schedule and all that jazz.. so as it turns out my posts won't be ALWAYS on Thursday because.. shit happens. Sorry! Though I still will be trying to post every week..
Today I'm going to show you how to dye your hair PINK. With this technique you can achieve either pastel or neon pink hair color. It all depends on how much of basic color you are adding to your developer, in this case conditioner (it won't work with shampoo!). First you gonna wanna take some mixing bowl (some old to avoid ruining perfectly fine one), tea spoon, conditioner (of any kind, but make sure it's white to be able to tell what color it's turning), gloves and last but not least hair dye ( I use La Riche Directions in color Cerise or Flamingo Pink).

1- put conditioner in bowl (alot of it! It doesn't have to be expensive I just pick the largest and  the cheapest)
2- add about half of tea spoon of dye for pastel pink color ( if you're using Flamingo Pink add whole tea spoon)
3- mix it, and you;re ready to go!
4- if you want to go neon pink keep adding your dye till the color is satisfying (I would add 2 whole tea spoons)
5- apply it as you would normal dye (make sure to cover whole head evenly)
6- live it for about 30-40 minutes, or even on whole night, basically the longer the better :)
7- rinse it with water and you are DONE! ( use old towel because it may dye it)

If you haven't used all of your 'mixture' don't worry! Just keep empty conditioner packaging and put there whatever has left. You can then use it for keeping your color vibrant by using it every time you wash your hair (or every few times it depends on your preferences, really), just like a regular conditioner!

I hope you find this post helpful or entertaining. I loveee this color sooooooo much! It's also a really cheap way of doing it, one container of La Riche Directions- Cerise will last for absolutely ages (because of how much you're diluting it)!
I like to think that this color makes me look like Princess Bubblegum could have in real life, what do you think? No? OK... :D

I just need to share this with you, I'm in love with this Inglot glittery nail polish! I can't think of anything more "me". It is so pretty, looks like unicorn poop or something equally amazing. Isn't it the most beautiful thing? I used this lavender, pastel color as a base and glittery one on top of it. I wish you all good day (or night) and may the magic be with you!

February favorites.

First of all, I owe you an apology. I have this blog only for 3 weeks, 3 WEEKS and I managed to be late with my post... Good job me, you're fantastic blogger.. *clap, clap, clap*
Today (as you probably have guessed by the title) I'm going to talk about things that were my favorties in the past month. Let's start with music, shall we? 5/7 of this bands are my recent discoveries. I really seems to enjoy this sort of downtempo, trip-hop kind of music lately . According to last.fm my most listened to artist were:

1. Josh Ritter

2. Bonobo

3. The Civil Wars

4. Boards of Canada

5. The White Stripes

6. Łąki Łan

7. Explosions in the Sky

This month (and months before) I was playing Pokemon Crystal and  I love it so so much! I managed to catch a LEGENDARY POKEMON called Suicune, yey! I'm also saving some money to buy PS2 just to play Tekken and Mortal Kombat on it :)

As I said it was quite a busy month (school, school,

school, school and all of that nonsens) so I dressed more for comfort than "for fashion". Just put on some hoodie (not the same one all month obviously hah), band t-shirt, skinny jeans and I'm good to go :D

I'm also obssesed with my spider-man socks that my mom gave to me :)

Moving to make-up, I especialy liked nail polishes that looks like gasoline stain and beautifull sparkly ones, I found my favorite drugstore mascara and constantly worn Kate Moss for Rimmel lipsticks.
My favorite topper: Essence in "08 night in vegas"

Catrice cosmetics in "840 Genius In The Bottle"
My favorite mascara of all time: L' Oreal Paris: "Volume million lashes" (waterproof)

My favorite cheaper mascara -Maybelline: "the Falsies" (waterproof)

Lasting Finish Matte by Kate Moss: " 101" (red packagingLasting Finish: "19"

Avon: "Flirty Fuchsia" (present from a friend)
I wish you all good day (or night) and may the magic be with you! If you want to chat and have no one else to talk to feel free to twett me : https://twitter.com/SloppyUnicorn
